Both the binaries and sources are copyrighted, although they are made
available to the following conditions:

  There is absolutely no warranty what so ever - use at your own risk.

  You can include the binaries in derivative work (which is not
  an EcmaScript interpreter), but you are not allowed to distribute
  the sources or binaries "as is" without my permission (which I will
  probably grant - this is just to make sure that clean versions are
  redistributed).

  You must include proper acknowldgement for the use of FESI or FESI
  derived work in your product (with your copyright or "about" notice).

  If you modify the sources, you must send a copy of your modified
  sources to myself (my current email is jmlugrin@worldcom.ch)
  and give me the right to include your enhancements or corrections in any
  future release as I see fit. You are allowed to distribute the binaries
  based on the modified sources, but you must clearly indicate that this
  is a modified version.
  This does not apply to FESI extensions packages that you write to
  support your specific application and which are not based on FESI
  code. You are allowed to distribute these extensions freely.

I live in Switzerland and FESI is made available on a Swiss web server. The
laws of Switzerland, state of Vaud, apply.

If you do not accept, do not understand or cannot obey to these conditions,
you are not allowed to download FESI.

If you use FESI for a commercial application I would appreciate if you make a
reasonable contribution to a charity of your choice and inform me.
